Watering Guide

New Plants
Water until thoroughly saturated 2x per week for the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, water 1x per week until October 31st.

New Trees
Water 3-5 minutes 2x per week for the first 2 weeks then 1x per week until October 31st.

Perennials
Water 3x per week for the first 2 weeks then 1x per week until October 31st.

Seeded Yards
Water approximately 1x per day for 15-20 minutes 5 days a week until fully germinated. After germination, water 3x per week until October 31st.

New Sod
Water 2x per day (morning and afternoon) for 20 minutes for the first 3 weeks then 1x per day for 15 minutes 3 days a week until October 31st.

Most plants die from over watering versus under watering.
